We are recruiting! Training Consultant required for Masterclass Academy
Monday 9 till 6 and Wednesday 9 till 6.
The ideal candidate:
- A passion for hairdressing and the industry
- Good technical abilities
- Hold an Assessor Award or be willing to undertake the qualification if the application is successful.
- Work well within a team.
- An enthusiasm for teaching the next generation.
- a full, clean driving lesson
- Plus, have a lot of patience.
Qualifications Required for the Role:
Level 3 qualified with a minimum of 18 months of salon experience
Remuneration: £9984 plus usual benefits.
Two-Stage Interview Process:
Stage 1: Interview with the Head of Education and Masterclass Director
Stage 2: Trade Test with an Apprentice.
