Hello Hotties,

To cancel or reschedule appointments, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the value of the appointment.

No Show clients will be charged the total cost of the missed appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen, and in such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Clients with multiple late cancellations and/ or No Shows will be required to pre-pay for all future appointments.
